We provide online courses in video form, Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase, if any course which you are buying is not claiming any refund or money back then after purchasing that from us we would not be able to give any refund of your purchase in any case, The course would not be transferable or refundable. It depends upon course to course, if course is not claiming money back protaction then you would not be able to cancel it. Just read and understand the complete course detail on course page before buying.
We respect your purchase and associated money-back protection, but it is obvious that some people misuse this protection and cancel after completely utilizing the course. To stop such activity we have applied some conditions associated with money-back protection which are as follows.
Money Back Protection ( 30 Day Refund Policy )1. You are protected with a 30 days money back protection, if at any point of time you are not satisfied with your purchase you can just write a refund request to us and we will refund your money back within 30 days of refund request.
2. Some of the courses on our website are protected with Money back guarantee, money back guarantee is subject to a deduction of 10% amount of your payment, or minimum 200INR or equivalent whichever is higher.
3. During the money-back protection mode planty of our lessons would be available to you but not all, upon trying to access protected lessons/videos/quizzes/assignments, it would prompt with a message with OK and Cancel button, kindly read the message carefully. Upon clicking on the Cancel button it would not allow you to access the video/Lesson/Quiz/Assignment, upon clicking on the OK button it would allow you to access it, and money-back protection would be removed.
4. The prompt message would be a JavaScript message, it is advisable to keep JavaScript enabled. If you access the course in disabled javascript mode, in that case you would not be promted with a confirmation message before accessing the protected video/lesson/quiz/assignment, in that case you only will be responsible for disableling your money back protection.
5. If you have written a refund message to us, it may take some time to refund you the money. After initiating the refund your course access would be revoked and you will be no longer able to access the course against which you have demanded the refund . 6. It is advisable for you not to access the course after writing us the refund email. After initiating a refund request If you try to access any part of the course, resource, assessment, or watch the video then, in that case, you would not be eligible for any refund.
7. We reserve the right to deny your refund request.
8. If we receive excessive or repeated refund requests from you, we reserve the right deny your request also add you to our “blacklist” to prevent future purchases of our products by you and we reserve the right to refuse your business at our sole discretion for any other reason we deem necessary. We also reserve the right to deny refunds to you if we feel you are taking advantage of our money back guarantee.
